Can you design my logo?
We request that our clients have their logo and branding (such as colors and fonts) in place before our website project begins. If you don't have a logo or need an updated look for your brand, don't fret! We have some designers we can recommend to you.
Can you "fix" my current website?
Unfortunately, we have found from experience that it is really more trouble than it's worth to fix an existing website. Many problems can arise especially if the website was custom coded or if we are not familiar with the platform you are using. Rather than putting a band aid over the problem, we recommend starting fresh with a new, custom designed website using our preferred website platform.
Do you offer SEO?
We are not SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experts. We do, however, use a website platform that is SEO optimized, which means you have all the basics you need to rank on Google. If you want to take your SEO game to the next level, we recommend working with an SEO expert or agency.
Do you work with men too?
Of course! Although our branding & marketing is geared towards female entrepreneurs, we also work with many male clients too!
Will you write the text that goes on my website?
We are not copywriters or editors. However, we have a free copywriting template we can provide that will help guide you to write content for your website. We also have some professional copywriters we can recommend.
When can we get started?
Our projects typically start anywhere from few weeks to a couple months after our initial discovery call and signed contract. We do our best to make sure our clients' projects are spaced out so we can dedicate a certain amount of time for each project.
How much will my investment be?
For a custom designed website, most of our clients typically spend anywhere from $3,500-$8,000. While this may seem overwhelming to small business owners, having a beautiful website that speaks to your audience is an investment worth making and cannot be overlooked in this digital age. We also offer flexible payment plans to help break up the cost a little!
Do you offer services outside of Memphis?
Yes! Many of our clients are outside of Memphis.
